Discovering sourdough blew my mind—making bread without yeast felt like magic and hooked me instantly.

I stumbled into baking while searching for purpose, trading acting and waiting tables for the transformative power of flour, water, and salt.

Sourdough taught me patience and wonder: watching a shapeless mass evolve into a beautiful loaf still amazes me.

Perfection in bread and pastries is unattainable, but the pursuit drives me—every small detail matters.
